Are prices monthly or annual?
OneScale is billed on a straightforward monthly basis. Basic is Rs 6,000/month and Professional is Rs 15,000/month. We do not enforce mandatory annual contracts or surprise renewal fees.
Are there hidden setup or onboarding charges?
No. Standard remote setup, database creation, and software installation walkthroughs are included in your subscription. We do not bill separate mandatory onboarding fees.
Can I use my existing computers and receipt printers?
Yes. OneScale runs on standard 64-bit Windows 10/11 computers and connects directly with industry-standard ESC/POS thermal printers (Epson, Xprinter, Rongta, etc.) and USB barcode scanners.
What happens if our shop loses internet?
Your checkout counter never freezes. Cashiers continue scanning items, taking cash/card payments, and printing thermal receipts directly via the local SQLite database. Transactions automatically sync to the cloud back-office when connection is restored.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Professional as I open more branches?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime. All your existing menu, inventory history, customer accounts, and sales records remain intact with zero downtime.
Is on-site installation available in Karachi?
Yes. For businesses in Karachi, our team can provide on-site hardware connection, printer configuration, and staff training. For businesses outside Karachi across Pakistan, we provide guided remote setup via screen-share.
